Several sets of calibration and control plasmas for Anti-Xa chromogennic assay of Low Molecular Weight and Unfractioned Heparins. Kits are optimised for use with BIOPHEN Heparin LRT (221 011/013/015). All calibration and control plasmas fall under IVDR-C.
Low Molecular Weight Heparin:
Control plasma for LMWH of 4 different levels. These levels are approximately 0,25, 0,50, 0,80 and 1,20 UI/ml.
There are several different packages available – in pairs for 0,25 and 0,50 UI/ml (223701) and for 0,80 and 1,20 UI/ml (223001), but also separately each level – 0,25 UI/ml (223801), 0,50 UI/ml (224201), 0,80 UI/ml (224301), 1,20 UI/ml (224401).
Calibration plasmas for LMWH have their range from 0 IU/ml up to 1,6 IU/ml.
Unfractioned Heparin:
Control plasmas for UFH have two levels – approximately 0,20 and 0,50 IU/ml.
They are packaged together (223101), or on their own – 0,20 UI/ml (224101) and 0,50 UI/ml (223901).
Calibration plasmas have their range from 0 UI/ml up to 1,30 UI/ml.
