Can be used for monitoring of warfarin therapy and to evaluate the function of the extrinsic pathway of the coagultion casacade. MRX PT Quick is sensitive to abnormalities of coagulation factors II (prothrombin), V, VII, X, and fibrinogen (factor I) in citrated plasma.
