DOAC-Stop is a product capable of neutralizing the effect of all currently used direct inhibitors of coagulation (Anti-IIa and Anti-Xa) in citrated plasma. Therefore, it allows specialized coagulation assays to be carried out without the need to stop the anti-coagulation treatment. The product also allows a quick differential diagnostic while solving extended global koagulation assays.
Fast binding of direct inhibitors (within 5 minutes up to 2000ng/ml of inhibitor) allows for fast decision making for emergency requests and during emergency shifts.
Heparin in sample plasma is not inhibited.
Product is available in two package sizes – 100 tablets (see image), and 5 tablets.
